William is a leader in McKinsey’s ‘Future of Work’ thought leadership, serving clients on the topic and contributing to its research on topics including adult education.

In addition, Will helps technology clients explore how they can grow, fundraise and launch new businesses, working with listed companies and unicorn startups.

Beyond consulting, William has a background in education. He worked for The Prince’s Trust, co-founded an ed-tech social enterprise, and studied education economics as part of his Undergraduate and Masters in Economics and Development Economics.
