Future Fwd 2024  - TERMS OF REGISTRATION AND ATTENDANCE

Thank you for registering for Future Fwd  (the Event).  

​

The Event will take place at Warwick Independent School Foundation, Warwick Castle and other venues (together the Venues) on 8-9  July 2024.  

​

The Event is part of an online programme of events and discussions which will take place before and after the Event (the Event Programme).

​

The Event is organised by Warwick Schools Foundation (a company incorporated in England and Wales with registered number 04252305 whose registered office is at Warwick Schools Foundation, Myton Road, Warwick, CV34 6PP) trading as Future Fwd  (the Event Organiser)

 

Registering for the Event

The Event is free to attend.  All individuals who wish to attend the Event must register.  If you are an organisation, you must ensure that all individuals register. Application online or by email constitutes an undertaking to abide by these terms and conditions.

 

Confirmation of your registration

Your place will be confirmed by email when you register online. You will also receive joining details prior to the Event to the email address you provide at registration. We may continue to send emails about the Event Programme up to the date of the Event and afterwards regarding outcomes of the Event.

 

Substitute delegates

If you are unable to attend, a substitute may attend in your place provided that you notify Future Fwd in advance at futurefwd@warwickschools.co.uk  and the substitute completes an individual registration form.

It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of Future Fwd to change the content/timing of the programme and/or speakers on the day.

Additional Terms and Conditions

Application online or by email constitutes a firm undertaking by you to abide by the local rules and policies in place at any Venue or as notified to you by the Event Organiser.  For Warwick Independent Schools Foundation, these are as follows: Our Foundation Schools will continue to operate as normal whilst Future Fwd is held on site, and therefore all delegates must follow the guidance given about accessing venues/facilities whilst on site.

The Event Organisers may refuse entry to the Event at their discretion.  

 

The Venue owners may refuse entry to a Venue at their discretion.

 

You must not bring nuts on to the premises at any Venue.

 

Please note there is no guaranteed parking at any Venue.

 

Photography and Video Filming 

When you attend the Event or any Venue, you enter an area where photography, audio and video recording may occur. By entering the Venues, you consent to photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by Future Fwd in connection with the Event Programme. Images, photos and/or videos may be used to highlight the Event Programme and to promote future events.

You hereby release Future Fwd and each and all persons associated with it from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitising, distribution or publication and use of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or or sound recordings.

By entering the Venues, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use, exhibition, streaming, web casting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such use, exhibiting, broadcasting, web casting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged.

You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by Future Fwd.  You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before entering the event.

By entering the Event you will be taken to have read, understood and accepted the contents of this notice.

 

Data Protection and Privacy 

By registering for the Event you understand that the Event Organiser will process and share your personal information in accordance with the Event Privacy Policy.
