Marcus has been the Headmaster at The Croft Preparatory School, Stratford upon Avon, for the past 11 years.

 

He has experience across both independent and maintained sector schools, having taught from 3-18 years of age. Marcus has over 20 years experience in leadership positions within schools and is a member of the Institute of Leadership and Management.

 

He is a qualified Executive Leadership Coach and has previously played rugby professionally, albeit many years ago!
